For being rational, intellectually honest. and personally courageous.
Go back and read Freeper NathanBedford's post on Ginsburg. Then ask yourself if there is anything in Ginsburg's makeup that could be considered rational, and intellectually honest.
Although I suppose it does take a certain amount of personal nerve (if not courage) to advocate the murder of an unborn child for the convenience of getting a job or expanding one's social circle as explained forthrightly by Nathan Bedford.
She will burn in Hell, mark my words, and there is nothing to admire about someone who could have been Margaret Sanger's twin sister.

Maybe Obie can appoint Al Franken to the court. That would give the clown a place to perform, and let Coleman take back his seat, appointed or by winning in the state court.

“Urethra” Franklin? Surely there’s an interesting/embarrassing story behind that caption, so spill it. What happened?

I can only hope and pray that he misreads the kind of judge he is appointing, like some Republican presidents have in the past, and he unknowingly appoints a judge who is the antithesis of his own ideology.
Hey, I can dream, can’t I?

Obama will appoint replacements for Stevens and Ginsburg for sure, likely for Souter, and perhaps for Scalia.
And Clarence Thomas had better join a gym.

Have to admire her.
____________
I don’t have to admire her and I don’t. She’s done nothing but vote for every far left, liberal, Communist, idea since she’s been there. I don’t like her, admire her, nor do I respect her. She doesn’t vote based on the COnstitution, she votes for her radical agenda.

I have no clue what makes you think 4 will retire within the next 3 years, 10 months.

I think Ginsburg and Stevens will leave the court for a better place. Souter is miserable and has been hanging on until he can count on being replaced by someone like himself. Scalia may be sick of it all.
And Thomas needs to get with South Beach and working out.

She did not say “witch” judge would retire but I guess it is her, I don’t think she would be speaking for others. I guess that senator who said she is near death was right.

Retire or croak, is my guess. Scalia is up there in years, and I’m not sure what his health is like. I hadn’t really noticed Clarence Thomas’ girth before, but I would assume that Jim Noble’s exhortation for him to join a gym would be for him to lose weight and become (or stay) healthy so he can outlive Zero’s misadministration.

Think Boxer with an extra forty IQ points. Mathematically expressed, Boxer + forty IQ points = Al Franken + a quart of vodka.

"Any Obama pick will make us all long for the moderate view of Laurence Tribe."Tribe will replace Stevens (or Breyer, ya never know), so yea, Ginsberg's replacement will be intriguing. But as I've pointed out before, quite literally Mao/Lenin/Clinton would be an improvement on Ginsberg, who votes lockstep dullard Leftist without any hint of Constitutional awareness.
Frankly, as Ginsberg's replacement, I want someone so radical and so insistent on writing absurdist neo-communist opinions that they consistently scare Kennedy into a Constitutionalist majority.

Urethra Franklin is slang for a ‘prince albert’.
