The despicable Ruth Mengele Ginsburg, has never been one to make public comments for shock value. So I am inclined to think that there is more to this than just an offhand comment. I also doubt that she would make such a comment about one of the other Justices, even if she mentioned no names. Occams razor wise..I believe she is talking about her own retirement. Perhaps she wants some rest filled days, before she goes to her judgement.
My understanding is she has been trying to stay on the bench long enough to be the longest serving member of the SCotUS.
Maybe Satan is calling in her chips.
Not to worry.
The GOP Senators will soil themself by gleefully approving Zero’s replacement judge, Bill Ayers. /s
Hope she hangs on for a new majority in 2010. Then we’ll get someone good. not.
The abilty to sing does not imply intelligence. Birds “sing”, but I wouldn’t want them writing laws.
Sick read, but thanks.
What about the destiny of the unborn woman?
lol
Soon? It's actually been there for quite a while...the one between her ears...
I’m praying daily for the health of Ruth Bader Ginsburg and John Paul Stevens. May God give them gifts of vigor, and wisdom so that they stay on the bench a long time, and quit ruling out of their own petty vengeances.
"Integrity and courage to actually follow the US Constitution? We havent had any of those for some time she said.
It will be interesting to see the ACLU loving flaming Anti-American Marxist judge Hussein will appoint.
Then again, he may appoint a jihadist, or perhaps a radical homosexual.
In a Q and A session with students at New England Law's annual Law Day, Ginsburg said the nine justices are photographed together only when a new member is appointed. "We haven't had any of those for some time," she said, âbut surely we will soon." Five of the nine justices are at age 70 or older...I'm just glad McCain doesn't get to appoint them. /sarc
Hurry Obama, before the field of tax evaders dwindles and choice is lost!
She deserves no respect. I don’t care how smart evil can be.
On deck: president of Planned Parenthood or Ayers.
For being rational, intellectually honest. and personally courageous. She rejects the loopy idea of “privacy,” that is the foundation of Blackmun’s opinion in Roe v. Wade.
Bet on it: Obama will choose someone as ideologically driven as himself or his friend Ayers. Think Boxer with an extra forty IQ points.
