It is called obsessing, you will go to any lengths to smear Walmart. You have many posts attacking Walmart going back for years and years, and always pretending that it is spontaneous and fresh, as though it is a new shortcoming that as a fan you just discovered, and isn’t it sad.

You are clearly one of these anti Walmart crusaders and have been for many years making up all this gibberish that you post is the clue, You can’t expect people not to see through your BS.

Anybody gonna buy a used car from Wal-Mart?
Well I can see some real bad problems with it. First thing is they will have an associate go through and turn on each car radio to full blast which upon turning the ignition switch will get you confused. But to even get that far you will be bombarded with 15 minutes of I need a memeber of management to unlock the car. Upon driving it off the lot an announcement will be made security item car leaving lot. Then an alarm will go off at the entrance followed by an associate wanting to imediately do a full search of the vehicle & ask for your reciept ect.

No I can’t see it working. I’m certain Walmart in it’s tradition of ever increasing intrusivness and rudeness will make it a shopping nightmare as well.

Yeah, those hard numbers are so much less reliable than the 100 (fewer?) items you counted at WalMart. If you’re going to make such a silly claim you should try to have actual facts to back you up. Otherwise you’ll be mocked.
Now if you mean 100 items per department you might well be on to something. But I can go into toys and find close to 100 items made in China, as well as Electronics, likely automotive, clothing, housewares and appliances, and possibly hardware as well. So what does that leave us for the most part? Food! More recent purchases at Wally World. A Hamilton Beach toaster Made in China. A DVD made in Taiwan, a fiber optic Christmas Tree Made in China, air filter/purifier Made in China, dolls for gifts Made in China, Stuffed animals made in China, Portable Battleship game Made in China, portable CD Player Made in China, Liberty Overals Made in China, portable air compressor Made in China, Oh I could name a bunch of recent purchases Made in China these were but a few of them. I just gave you 9 of them off the top of my head.

Like I said I go by what I see and what I READ ON LABELS of what I buy. If I can find a Made in USA item I buy them. Despite what so called statistics state you will be very hard pressed to go into a store and not come out with at least 50% of what you buy made in China. That includes all the Big Box Mart Stores as well. What doesn’t come from SE Asia and China comes from Mexico another beloved Bush blind spot.

Hey remember those really annoying alarms they used to have in Electronics that went off every time someone entered? You remember them. They used to make everyone walk past them to enter and leave the department. Your reading the post of the person who complained enough to get them removed. Yes Walmart is too blasted loud and it simply doesn't need to be. Look at Target. They want to page an employee they simply radio them. Pages are rare. In general when a PA System inside a store makes normal conversation between two people impossible then it's too loud.

Walmart has slacked off somewhat on the Member of Management paging since 2002. Back then every single employee act it seemed required one to be there. Now mainly it's unlocking the gun room which is understandable. The security item leaving where-ever announcements are gone now as well. They were also highly annoying and unnecessary. The door alarms? I ignore them and keep walking out.

The second example? Thank you for reminding about another complaint. Walmart no longer carries Dickies short sleave Coveralls. I buy them at Tractor Supply {actually usually Walls brand} Cheaper than what Wally sold them for anyway.

And let's remember I said in your second example it applied to all Big Box Marts.

I post about Walmart because there are no other stores comparable to them to give them competition in my area. I don't count Target as they never sold nothing I ever wanted anyway. Walmart is beginning to look like them merchandise wise more and more. Even K-Mart had to realize they were biting the hand that fed them. Their change unfortunately has came too late. Unless Wally wakes up Walmart will in about a decade or so be what K-mart is today. I'd love to see them face a strong run for their money. I think I've about given up on their grocery department as well. I was doing about 90% of my grocery business there. But a trip into Ingles the other night I saw food items in there I hadn't seen in a long time at Wally World.
