Whenever I get around to updating my blog roll, I will include this relatively new site from loyal WatchDog reader Jimmy Shapiro that does a remarkably thorough job of gathering sports radio interviews from around the nation.
The above link features Charles Barkley expressing his desire (to Howard Eskin of WIP in Philly) to punch Rush Limbaugh.
(Disclaimer: WatchDog does not advocate violence, except in matters of self defense or in the case of people talking in movie theaters.)

I question this. Did they properly translate the ebonics?

Go ahead Chuck. Give your money to Rush, rather than the hookers.

I thought they both believed in free enterprise.
Did Charles allow himself to be rolled, like Michael Steele?

Have another drink Charles. That's the thing you do when your best days are behind you; you can tell Jack Daniels and Jim Beam how awesome you used to be.

"I thought they used to be friends." Yes, they were friends several years ago. I recall Rush speaking glowingly of Barkley. Guess that went away when they discovered that, politically, they were polar opposites.

Yeah, I was about to say, Race is thicker than Friendship. Apparently it wasn’t much of a friendship after all.

Barkley probably doesn’t like that people will pay a lot more to hear what Limbaugh has to say than he does. Or maybe Barkley is a racist Leftard.

Blacks must seriously rise above this primitive sort of need to resort to physical violence to express themselves. It gives rise to a widely held notion, a sterotype, if you will that they, as a general rule, lack self control and are ruled by their emotions. It’s also possible that one may, on an individual basis, pick the wrong white man to get violent with and get it right back, or even worse.

I was at a hotel a number of years ago where Barkley was staying. I wanted his autograph because he had the attitude on the court that was of a confident, smart and ‘’creative’’ player( at the time it was what the Spurs desperately needed). As he approached me I smiled and was about to open my mouth when he looked at me and said ‘’What dooo youu want white boy’’. I checked my manners at the door and replied obviously nutin you got dude. Barkley is just like the majority of players(both honkeys and non honkey) in the game. Classless, stupid and arrogant people who God gifted with sports ability, but not a brain to go with it.

You got that right. Race first, indeed.
Last night, driving home from work, saw a vehcile with three bumper stickers on it:
1) “Abortion Kills”
2) “Choose Life”
3) “Obama/Biden”
Care to guess the race of the driver.
