Apparently, this POS lawyer went from juvenile deliquent defense attorney to ADA prosecuting teacher sex cases and viont attacks. A real bleeding heart. And in OK yet.
I’m sure that the Cherokees in that part of OK could be provoked if a rumor was spread that Otteson was related to Andrew Jackson.

I know one where the grandfather was starting in on the grand kids and the mother called the cops.
She and her brother went through it from ages 6 and 7. She finally drew the line when he was approaching her own kids.
Epilogue. He was a manager in state law enforcement. The sheriff asked the nearby prison if they could protect him. The guy was a gang coordinator and known by many for his testimonmy in court. They put him in a specioal cell above the prison hospital. He hung himself before trial.

God help me if this ever happened to my daughter I believe I’d commit a mortal sin. Fortunately I live on a lake with lots of alligators in it so disposing of the body wouldn’t be a problem.
There is hope for justice as long as the monster is free and the poor child’s father is alive.

(On second thought) Unless he is the father(I have no idea of his status or relationship, just covering my bases), then momma needs to exercise some frontier justice on him.
This sub-human wouldn’t have lasted an hour in prison. Were the judge and the prosecutor looking out for his welfare? If so, they should be disbarred and branded as pariahs. The only one deserving of concern was the child victim and they let her down miserably, no matter what asinine spin they try to put on it. When this offal strikes again, and he will, all those complicit in this abomination should be tried as accomplices.
That judge would wake up one morning and find this pervert hanging on his front porch.
He'd be serving under six feet of freshly-turned soil if I had been the victim's father.
In a country where a person can do hard time in the joint for selling pot, this guy rapes a kid and gets probation. Madness.

You may be correct, but why haven’t they had the consideration to tape her testimony just once so that the little girl is not retraumatized every time the subject comes up?
