I'd go as far as saying that the Congress and the Senate hold the purse strings (meaning Pelosie/Ried since January 2007) and that Congressman Barney Frank and Senators Chrissy Dodd and Schmuckie Schumer were in control of the Banking/Financial Committees and that Bama Boy was in the Senate during that time weaving Obama’s inheritance into the nasty web that it is today.
