SURPRISE!

After all the blouse-ripping Democratic histrionics about W’s “profligate spending”, federal spending as a percentage of GDP was actually aa or below the average for the past 50 years - even with the military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.

I wonder what the figures for the boy genius will look like.
