The other issue about the COLB is that there is a different standard for the office of President. A Hawaii COLB might get you a driver’s license or a government job, but it does not meet the standard for the presidency.

That is simply not true. I'm amazed at how many factoids that somebody just made up get accepted as gospel around here.
