When he told the Illinois Bar he had been known by no other names, was that perjury?

When he changed his name from Barry Soetoro to Barack Obama, without a legal name change, was that fraudulent?

Last, but not least, I cannot post a copy of my short form birth certificate on the internet and use that to get a passport. I have to present a long form certified copy.

And I don’t have my finger on the button.

Sounds fraudulent to me, but so much about Obama does. We'll likely never get satisfaction about this issue, and according to many, the issue was laid to rest long ago with the short form bc copy. But, we can stop this from happening again, and Rep. Bill Posey is trying to see that this happens.

He never told them that. Check your facts.

No, because there's no proof he ever legally changed his name to Barry Soetoro in the first place.

Last, but not least, I cannot post a copy of my short form birth certificate on the internet and use that to get a passport.

No, but you could use a hard copy of it, so long as it has a raised seal, the registrar's signature, and was filed within 1 year of your birth. I just did that a few weeks ago. It works.

Not true. A few years ago I called off to the county clerk's office where I was born in Illinois and got them to send me a new copy of my birth certificate, which looked pretty much like the Obama document. I had no trouble at all using it to get a passport.
