Sure he does. Just not for law enforcement. But for national defense, from a foreign threat, he can deploy the military within the USA all day long.

We may be agreeing but not realizing that in fact we agree. By that, I agree if a foreign nation had an organized invasion on our soil, by all means the full strength of the military should be used to quell the invasion.

However, a violation of our immigration law by groups or individuals not aligned with a sovereign nation, does not in my mind allow for the CIC to engage the US Military in the control of the border. I realize it is within the purview of the federal government to protect borders but, I am concerned as to the extent of the control of any CIC once the US Military is engaged with the borders of the country.

This particular CIC gives me pause as to the ultimate agenda he envisions given the radical nature of his associations....
