I think that's a bad headline. I don't think it was that bad of an interview, although I'm a big 10th Amendment guy myself.
Keep in mind that even murder is almost always prosecuted on the state level.

Keep in mind that even murder is almost always prosecuted on the state level.Very true. But states aren't free to pass murder statutes with one penalty for murderers of white victims and a different penalty for murderers of black victims. The same ought to go for killing people who haven't been born yet.

yes (and that should be the case for abortion as well) but if a state decided to legalize murder for some crazy reason then I think the federal govt would be able to intervene.
