They aren’t “forced” here but you’ll go to jail if you refuse. LOL

In Mass...you can refuse Breath-o-Lyzer and blood test. But you'll lose your license for 120 days minimum...immediately. Which will probably happen anyway after your court date. But if you take it and blow over .08, you can keep it until a judge jerks your ticket.

So, you can be punished before you are convicted, and receive multiple punishments for the same "crime".
