Instead of having a senate inquiry & news presser, why the hell aren’t we having a FBI investigation, arrest and charges of murder?
I am wondering why the victims of these crimes such as the San Francisco officers, Mary Jo Kopechne, the investors who were involved with Madoff etc. could not sue these perpetrators in civil court and, if they win, receive monetary payment from the perpetrator. Is there someone out there with some legal reason that it couldn’t be done?
