I chose 8:00 PM because I figure late filers would be straggling in - starting around that time. I see people getting home from work, catching a bite, then beginning to head off for the post office.

Midnight might even be the best time, but NO WAY will I stay that late! LOL!

Of course you can go anytime you want. I’m sure people will be entering and leaving at different times that evening anyway.

My main concern is getting people’s contact info so that we can grow a network of willing activists. If you do go earlier than me, please try to get people to sign up, and I’ll do the same on the “late shift.” ;-)

It was not nor is not my intent to change anything. We just figured we'd get there early and stay late. I'm not sure just how visible our signs would be after the sun goes down at that location as I'm not familiar at all with it. So please, go ahead with your plans my friend. We just want to be a part of the effort.

Oh, and a big BUMP.

I plan to be there with whoever I can relay the meeting to.

Thank you guys, for your support. It should be fun and it looks like lots of people up/out here will be supporting our rally so I’m excitedly looking forward to it! Invite friends, family, co-workers, etc.

We have a planning meeting tomorrow night so we’ll be ironing out details there and I’ll report back asap. I’ve joined a couple of Meetup groups and am dealing with massive amounts of emails - like 250+ every day from all over Houston and it’s a cram session for me to have to wade through all of them. It’s NOT for the faint of heart, LOL.

A friend called tonight yelling, “HOW DO I GET OUT OF MEETUP! MY IN BOX IS PACKED, WITH MORE COMING IN EVERY COUPLE OF MINUTES!” Needless to say, I’m on a steep learning curve with hundreds of emails all day every day. So bear with me!

THANKS!

ALERT:

TOMBALL POST OFFICE IS GOING TO CLOSE AT 4:30 PM, THEREFORE TOMBALL PROTEST WILL BEGIN @ 3:30 AND STOP AT 4:30.

SINCE OUR TIME IS CUT SHORT, WHEN OURS CLOSES WE WILL PROBABLY CARAVAN TO WOODLANDS OR CONROE TEA PARTIES WHICH WILL LAST LONGER.

PLEASE ADJUST SCHEDULES!

BUT I've gotten tons of response locally and we anticipate a really good turnout. People in Tomball/Magnolia are really super patriots!

Hi Big guy... Listen, I know you said you’d probably go to the Willis P.O. but Conroe’s protest promises to be huge. Your call! ;-)

People are coming out of the woodwork for these protests!

You might have a point. But in any case do you have the map co-ordinates to both locations? The one you are part of in Magnolia and the one in Conroe? The Conroe location is news to me.
