My black buddy calls any white who opposes Obama's agenda a 'cracker'. Then he adds, And I know crackers! He is extremely excited about the President's Stimulus plans because he believes them to be in keeping with his class envy and racial hatred fueled desire to 'get even' with the rich and white America. At a MLK celebration committee meeting, a woman stated that she would prefer whites not attend the celebration. The all black group chuckled.
Black comedians have built careers making jokes about whites which would end the career of a white comic if the joke were in reverse.
Even in the hearts of many blacks who call themselves Christians, if you do not harbor at least a minimal resentment against whites, you are an Uncle Tom. God's commandment to 'love one another' apparently doesn't apply in this circumstance.
Then there's the masochistic intellectual liberal white who thinks it cool to have a few slightly militant black associates. They take pride in their white guilt. Such whites fail to see their superior snobbery and racism. What is most obnoxious is when these condescending whites attempt to relate. In their hippest voice, they say, Hey bro, I know where you're comin' from.
All my life I have dealt with people as individuals, NOT through an invisible wall of race. Good people and jerks come in all colors. I've been criticized for having 'too' many white friends. I gravitate toward winners. People who take comfort in viewing themselves as victims is as repulsive to me as showing Dracula the cross.
I also resent blacks and liberal whites who attempt to make white youths feel guilt for the sins of America's past. They neglect to mention that such evils would not have ended without the blood, sweat and tears of whites.
White votes put the first black president in the White House. Ironically, this has opened the door for whites to be trashed even more. If you're white and do not want your earnings confiscated and redistributed, support defending our borders and refuse to dial 'one' for English, YOU'RE RACIST!
My white brothers and sisters, you must not allow threat of the feared R word prevent you from standing up for our values, common sense and what we know is best for all Americans. I encourage you to take a stand. As for real racism, we must not tolerate it whether it comes from whites or blacks.
Lloyd Marcus, President NAACPC (National Association for the Advancement of Conservative People of Color)
Racists come in all colors. Racism is not limited to the white race alone.
Racists come in all colors. Racism is not limited to the white race alone.
“Good people and jerks come in all colors.....”
In a nutshell!...
I’m quite sure that ... I have no race prejudices, and I think I have no color prejudices nor caste prejudices nor creed prejudices. Indeed, I know it. I can stand any society. All that I care to know is that a man is a human being. That is enough for me. He can’t be any worse. — Mark Twain
I tend to “forget” what color the person is that I’m talking to, IF we share a common worldview.
It’s only when I hear the victimhood/resentment culture coming through that I notice - “oh, you’re speaking from your skin color.”
All this will end the moment the R word is met with the equivalent of "says you".
Blacks can’t be racist but they can be, and often are “BIGOTS”!!!!
You fugure it out.

The government has always promoted black racism through affirmative action, quotas, etc. We now have an affirmative action President - a Kenyan usurper.
All my life I have dealt with people as individuals, NOT through an invisible wall of race.
As have I. Then again, we didn't have this race problem back in my youthful days. Although, one of my 'black' friends was almost killed on his university campus in '71 or '72 by the black panthers. Having never been treated in a special or different way, it turned out he didn't know how to "be black" and they decided to teach him.
Thanks again!
I love it!
Countering the NAALCP Heh-heh.
Good for you, and thanks for the post.
Yeah, it's always the victim's fault. They're askin' for it.
Good people and jerks come in all colors.....
Within my group of friends , color isn’t an issue; character is.
Some are brown, some black and some white but we mostly share the same values and interests.
We may argue about issues but at the end we are still friends.
>>> Its whites fault for allowing themselves to be cowed.
All this will end the moment the R word is met with the equivalent of “says you”. <<<
I couldn’t agree more. It appears to me that whites, not just in America, seem to be involved in some form of cultural suicide.
I will not participate. And I won’t defer to people based on skin color. And that response to racism you mention, I get it, and it’s a bit stronger than “says you”. At least the you part is accurate.
I’m White, 48 years old and raised by two parents who didn’t tolerate racism.
Yet I’ve been catagorized as a racist my entire life.
Exactly!....I look a mans ideas....not his skin color
“Yeah, it’s always the victim’s fault. They’re askin’ for it.”
I think you miss the point. It’s not a victim mentality. It’s saying: White people are in control of this situation, they can continue to be pushed by the mere mention of racism, or they can stand up. The choice is theirs.
It’s really no different than saying blacks can break their cycle of poverty and victimhood by taking responsibility for their life, and their choices.
I have to admit I tune out when the black women I work with start with the “my people” bit. As soon as I hear that I know I am going to hear some victimhood excuse for why they do NOT want to so something.
I have many black clients. I don’t try to be “hip” or whatever with them. Black, white, male, female, whatever, I deal with the whole spectrum, and I don’t care. I’ve found the best way to deal with anyone is to simply BE YOURSELF. They get me as I am, warts and all. I expect nothing less from everyone else.
