David Lane, Mr. Churchill´s attorney, argued that the university caved responded appropriately under pressure from the "howling mob," the people who pay for the university and for whom it exists to serveThere. Fixed it.

These old, left-over, stinky hippies can’t die soon enough for me. (Churchill, Ayers, libtard professors).

For anyone following this, how is it likely to play out?
Given the sensibilities of a Boulder jury, who knows.

The book “United in Hate” helps to understand what is wrong with the circuits in liberals’ brains that makes them love jihadi murderers so much.
This guy loves them - deport him to a jihadi-loving country.

With all of this publicity, he should try writing a book that isn’t plagiarized. He’ll have no trouble finding a ghostwriter. Maybe Ayers is available.

Poke
here for the "Report of the Investigative Committee of the Standing Committee on Research Misconduct at the University of Colorado at Boulder concerning Allegations of Academic Misconduct against Professor Ward Churchill."
It's a long, detailed, and downright fascinating read, including a lot of very interesting historical research and discussion. They pretty much ripped Ward a new one.
For example, in a discussion of "Research Misconduct" on pp. 23-24, the investigators excoriate Churchill's misleading use of references (to allegedly independent sources):
To put it most simply, it was part of a pattern and consistent research stratagem to cloak extreme, unsupportable, propaganda-like claims of fact that support Professor Churchills legal and political claims with the aura of authentic scholarly research by referencing apparently (but not actually) supportive independent third-party sources.
They go on to cite several cases where Churchill refers to his own writings -- either written under pseudonyms, or sometimes to writings that themselves make reference to Churchill's own works.
