This really gets to me...not only do we have to sit here and watch this porkulous steamroller coming, we don’t have any Republican heroes who will even give lip-service to trying to stop it. The GOP is dead. This is a betrayal that we can never thank him (Bond) enough for, as he is retiring. If I posted exactly what I thought, it would be pulled and I’d be banned for life.
So the country is upside down on the mortgage and maxed out on all the credit cards, and our government gets more credit cards and immediately max’s them out. Perfect.
[The one that gets me is the most is removal of the DC School voucher program that kicks two poor black kids out of Obama’s daughters private school. That the liberal media can hide this is obscene. ]
And it will make one hell of a campaign commercial in 2012 to expose what an a$$h*le Obama really is. I’d think, this should tick off blacks as well, so Republicans should drive it home. They may not get their votes (republicans), but they should make sure Obama doesn’t either. Obama won’t put his kids in the public schools, but kills a program that provides poor, black kids the opportunity to attend his daughter’s fancy, private school. What an a$$h*le.
How did Cochran and Shelby vote?

Impossible I say. Obama promised no more earmarks. He promised to go through these bills line by line.
So much for his word. It is worth less than nothing.
LOL...Perfect!
Thanks for the info.
I guess that was one thing McCain got right. Pork corrupts beyond the actual dollars.
When Obama signs this bloated piece of legislation as he is expected to do, he will be putting another nail in our nations economic coffin, breaking his much professed campaign promises of NO EARMARKS
And when Im president, I will go line by line to make sure that we are not spending money unwisely.

I wrote a scathing letter to Patty Murray and Maria Cantwell my two Socialist Senators!
It is political cover for a Dem to vote no! That way they can go home and say I voted no, but it was a sure thing vote!
Remember the new acronym:

Congress on Tuesday cleared for President Obama's signature a $410 billion measure to fund the government, a measure denounced by most Republicans as an example of reckless spending. The Senate approved the measure by voice after it cleared a key procedural hurdle by a 62-35 vote. Sixty votes were required to shut down debate. Obama will sign the measure Wednesday, the White House said, but he will also announce steps aimed at curbing lawmakers' penchant for pet projects. The $410 billion bill is chock-full of lawmakers' pet projects and significant increases in food aid for the poor, energy research and other programs. It was supposed to have been completed last fall... his 2010 budget plan forecasting a $1.8 trillion deficit for the current budget year. And Republicans seized on Obama's willingness to sign a bill packed with pet projects after he assailed them as a candidate.
How about just pictures?
I'm sorry, that was all a terrible misunderstanding.
It's why we took it off the President's website.
He didn't mean 5 days. He meant 5 minutes.
You see, he just misspoke. Happens a lot to those of us who have to carry the burden of the nation on our shoulders.
