How about an “overcharge” button?
The proper translation of the Russian “peregruzka” is “Overload”. Lavrov made a mistake himself too. It may be translated as “overcharge” but in a very narrow meaning of the electrical current, and not in a money sense. The normal meaning of peregruzka is overload - as in pilot/cosmonaut/astronaut’s g-force, or too much stress (on humans or on construction elements).
