It means

paying some jerk to masturbuate into a baggie,
then pumping some pitiful woman with chemicals til she's so hormonally deranged that she hyperovulates,
then mixing the sperm and ova together with a nutrient solution in a petri dish,
then growing embryonic human beings to the harvestable stage,
then stipping them of stem cells (which kills the aforementioned human beings) ---

the best research opportunity since Germany in the early-1940's, the Golden Age of non-consenting lethal human experimentation.
