At this point let’s change it to 1 term.
This disturbs me... I see it as nothing less than a bureaucratic coup.
This will sit there quietly, doing nothing, until well into Obama’s second term.
Then, in the middle the upcoming deep depression, after all the full-blown socialist programs that he’s setting up now have had a chance to set in and enslave 51% of the voting public, this will come back and we’ll have our very own Hugo Chavez.
“Cosponsors (None)” is the operative clause for Serrano, one of the dirtiest Marxist crooks in Congress. He (literally) worships Castro & Chavez.
Isn’t Serrano one of those Progressive/Commie/DSA/Socialist types? I.e. those 50-100 RATs that are really DSA commies?
