This disturbs me... I see it as nothing less than a bureaucratic coup.

This will sit there quietly, doing nothing, until well into Obama’s second term.

Then, in the middle the upcoming deep depression, after all the full-blown socialist programs that he’s setting up now have had a chance to set in and enslave 51% of the voting public, this will come back and we’ll have our very own Hugo Chavez.

“Cosponsors (None)” is the operative clause for Serrano, one of the dirtiest Marxist crooks in Congress. He (literally) worships Castro & Chavez.

Isn’t Serrano one of those Progressive/Commie/DSA/Socialist types? I.e. those 50-100 RATs that are really DSA commies?

I don't like career politicians. I would give presidents 1, 6 year term, congress 4 terms and senators 2.

There is a counter argument that the vote should take care of these things, but look where that got us. The system is so corrupted can't blast them, out of office.

Hugo Chavez.

I think it would be more like Joseph Stalin. Oboma has already talked about having his own civilian army and forcing Americans into government servitude.

He forgot to include the one about no longer needing to be a U.S. born citizen to be eligible to run for president.

This wil go absolutely no where.

From where do you derive this confidence? FDR served four terms, Obama is modeling himself as a modern-day FDR, and what was done (22A) can be undone.

I hope you're right, but I've already seen things happen in this country that years ago I would have thought to be impossible.
