A scandal-scarred former narcotics cop who had agreed to testify against another indicted officer fatally shot his girlfriend in Brooklyn yesterday, police sources said.
Jerry Bowens, 43, shot 28-year-old Catherine Donofrio in the head in a Greenpoint apartment belonging to one of her friends at 4:30 p.m., police said.

What will happen to Mr. Bowers?Not much - slap on the wrist jail time maybe. Definitely not what would happen to you or I if we did something like this. He's a cop. They're allowed to kill someone every now and then just because it feels good to kill someone.

I might suggest you buy a clue, Dick Tracy. Everyone is just waiting to see how many cops will go to work stealing guns when Dear Leader turns them loose. After all, it’s not like they are ‘civilians’ or sworn to uphold the Constitution, or anything...
