creepy...
with bugs coming out of his body.
Aside from the bug factor, a lot of these symptoms sounds quite similar to yeast overgrowth issues. How about using Oil of Oregano, Nystatin, or Caprylic Acid?
So, what “bugs” did they notice? Beetles? Ants? Aliens?
Mark for later read.
I’m guessing this ran the day after March 31 last year.
“...reaching pandemic status.”
I stopped reading here. I can’t trust whatever the rest of the article says. If it was anything close to a pandemic - say a true epidemic - most people would know somebody with it. Or at least heard of someone with it.
Thanks for the post. You are brave indeed.
I have a sister who suffers so. She is one of the most brilliant minds you could ever meet, for a year wshe was hardly able to remember if she had a conversation with you and what was said. She has finally found doctors that are willing to tell her she isn’t delusional. Not sure where the ‘delusional’ diagnosis started out, but the doctor(s) who first resorted to it deserve to burn. The pain that ‘go away’ diagnoses has caused is unimaginable. Even a close family friend dermatologist gave that diagnosis as he blew my sister off in her quest for help.
Real work has been proceeding on answering the questions about how, why and where the disease comes from. Every sufferer I have heard tell of had a very complicated medical history. Going to take a lot of work to unravel the physiology and come up with treatments and cures. The mix of symptoms probably means there will be no ‘one solution’ for all sufferers. The answers WILL come though.
Bless you!
There are some who really have a mental, not physical, issue. A doctor acquaintance of mine had a few patients like that, they would always be in worrying about the latest thing they read about.
But there are some people with real issues. Something is going on, or multiple somethings. I suspect that there are many conditions that are getting lumped into this for lack of a better spot to put it.
I never heard anything of this disease until this thread ... now I feel itchy.
One of my dad's neighbors (a retired surgeon) had a heart transplant about four years ago. Anti-rejection meds, as you know, are immunosupressive. This man had been living with an internal mold infection for God only knows how long (and who really knows how many of us are?). It wasn't until he began taking the AR meds that the infection exploded. Nearly killed him. It was recognized for what it was very quickly, and was addressed in a manner which didn't jeopardize the transplant. Guy is doing very well now, last I heard, but he takes a medicine cabinet full of drugs a couple of times a day.
Next time I talk to my dad I'll get some more details and an update.
