A cult of personality is developing around Obama (why?).

I can’t think of a US president having such a cult of personality like this while the president is still alive other that Washington.

The Mason Locke Weems biography of George Washington was published in 1918, nearly 120 years after he died. To produce a hagiography of a living President not even 100 days after his inauguration seems preposterous.
