I’d see more movement towards small rotorcraft like autogyros and gyroplanes that don’t need airport facilities and could land in an open field or large backyard.
Ultralights as well...
No medical and less than 254 lbs empty weight and you are on your own.
Something like Morry Hummel's "UltraCruiser" unfortunately may end up being the norm.
