Arkansas just shot down (pardon the pun) a bill that would remove Churches as a prohibited place under the Arkansas Concealed Handgun Carry Law.

Texas changed the law when lawsuits were threatened. A couple of churches ought to sue the state under federal law.

We should all be in favor of separation of church and ‘hate’. Does this shooting fall under the definition of hate crimes?
