Sat pic must have been taken on a Sunday AM. Lots of cars in parking lot and others coming down the driveway.
Google Earth does not transmit in real time. It buys older images from other companies which use the real-time imagery while its profitable. Buildings that were completed about a year ago in our area are still under construction when I checked.
