Baxter company admitted a mistake occurred in Austria and that it sent infected vaccines to the Czech Republic.

As I understand it, this was supposed to be a batch of vaccines that was to be administered to inoculate people?

I've seen another article that states that there was concern that 13 Czech reseachers may have been exposed.
