Chris stated that GWB, after election, promptly avoided using e-mail service,or other personal communications outside the scope of the Presidency in that any form of communication while President would be reviewed by a member of his staff or going through proper channels. The implications are that Obama could be acting outside of his responsibility to the American people by using communications that are not subject to public scrutiny. Who does he talk to on his private line? Is he acting outside the scope of his Presidency? Leave it to your educated guess/imagination, whom he could be talking/texting to?
