If I could post my prom photo, I would. I would love to look like that again. A full head of hair (Elvis and I could have been first cousins), 6’2”, eyes of blue, about 170 lbs.
If I posted a picture of me now, I’d be banded from FR for life, and even after/hereafter.
Damned. I wish I could use Rogain. Been eyeing my granddaughter’s long hair for a transplant. Hell, I’ve even been eyeing my cat for a transplant, esp. since the hamster died.
Hair vanity knows no limits in time or space.
I think I have my prom photo on a 35mm slide somewhere, and my uncle took it, he was amateur but competent. The lighting made my ex look like Hispanic which was odd because his skin was nowhere near that dark (nothing against Hispanics and their skin tones vary), and I look my usual with very light skin tones. I've got better photos of when I was younger, but sure look old now.
So don't feel bad about it. If you don't think about it, other people respond to you positively in the real world if you act nice and are upbeat. I don't think others see us as we do. Maybe worse. Gulp.
