I hope that Gov. Palin or Judge Christen themselves will issue a statement on these charges.

Thanks for posting this. The whole non-issue of the Supreme Court selection is being exploited by Palin bashers, left right and center. My prediction remains that those exploiting this as an anti-Palin tactic will see it backfire on them.

Palin must have weighted and considered her decision.
It would make else no sense... since Gov. Palin’s first Supreme Court pick 2008 is a clearly pro-life judge, and Gov. Palin beside her track record of a pro-life stance public and private, has expressedly voiced her support for the reintroduction of parental consent.

All of these hates should focus more on the collapsing of our democracy and what is happening on Wall Street instead of bashing a wonderful human being who was just following the Constitution that she reads everyday. Alaskan’s know the truth and they trust their Governor. Let’s go after the real enemy, Barack Obama and the Democratic party
To: Sarah Barracuda
she may be the least bad choice but I’m not aware of any reason to be jumping up and down for her

I was watching a Charlie Rose interview he did with Sarah Palin, in it she uses a saying that Bill Cosby has said..
“the key to failure is to try and please everyone or you’ll never get anything done”. Very relevant to this judge issue.

Ping of interest concerning Palin's newest Supreme Court of Alaska appointment. Particularly for those who had issues with this following Fagan's misleading article
here. To reiterate: Morgan Christen was a former member of an organization that would later go on to become a chapter of Planned Parenthood. She was NOT part of that organization when they began offering abortions in Alaska.

And here's this gem:
"Minnery says he is not upset with Palin and says the fault lies with the Judicial Council for sending her no candidates that his group could really get behind."
So Minnery himself says Palin's hands were tied and that she had no choice. Let's just assume the worst and that both judges are liberals. Minnery for some unknown reason that he can't even state thinks one of them is slightly more conservative, but Palin obviously disagrees and picks the other. And that's a reason to savage Palin? This will be the end of Palin's career? I'm trying to think of something more stupid than that, but I'm stumped right now.
