Maybe not. He's fairly blind to what's going on around him. His partner was running a male prostitute ring right out of Barney's Georgetown place. Barney had no idea, no idea atall.

And Barney was absolutely blind to the upcoming failure of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
