Donned in an ABC News Radio hat, WH Press Secretary Robert Gibbs was presented with another radio by ABC's Ann Compton, from VP and General Manager of ABC News Radio Steve Jones.
Compton says "what impressed Gibbs the most was Jones' note reminding the White House that 235 million people listen to radio every week. (Take that, Twitter!)"
Dear Mr. Gibbs, We heard you say yesterday that you don't have a radio so we are very pleased to send you one. You can join the 235-million people weekly that listen to the radio, according to the National Association of Broadcasters.

What the article doesn't mention is that Rush was the one who inspired his D.C. affiliate to present Gibbs with the radio.

Isnt Gibbs the idjit [sic] that said the temp in the oval office is high enough to grow orchids? That would be the correct idiot. Maybe Obama just wants to see guests in the Oval Office sweat when addressing the messiah.

If price depicts personal value then they're just telling him how much they think of him.

It’s just a personal question I have been wondering about.
