He would NOT have received U.S. citizenship based, only, on his mother's citizenship status. Per U.S. law at the time of his birth Arguable since I've seen other versions of the law in place at the time that indicates he would be a citizen if born overseas. But regardless, if he was in fact born in Hawaii then it's case closed, he's eligible, and we can all go home. Since he's not cooperating then it's up to you to show he wasn't born in the U.S. How's that going?

You've been shown the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, which was the statute on the books at the time of his birth. And it clearly states that if Obama were born outside the US, his mother was not old enough to have conferred US citizenship on him.
