I've been biting my lip but, I don't know if I can stomach much more of this censorship. (not yours, theirs)
There are plenty of ways to express our extreme displeasure without crossing the line.
Think about how a pornographer manages to legally not be a pornographer, for one example.
For another, there are ways to get the truth out that don't cross the line. Allegorical works of fiction. Humor. And the ever popular "Today the administration denied rumors that..."
I would suspect that if it was proven in court that not a single thing one wrote was unlawful and further, one’s constitutional rights were completely violated and further it has caused one immense emotional trauma and totally damaged the quality of one’s life, etc., etc. etc....
I know that if I sat on the jury, I would totally sympathetic for the “victim” in cases of infringement of constitutional rights and free speech. Its time to start using the system against them. My vote would be for awarded damages that would be massively punitive and historic in nature for oppression and violating protected speech among other things.
Its time the government fear its citizens who pay for said government - not the other way around.
Jefferson and the others had many choice words, parables, and dissertations on where to tell a government to go shove it.
Pour on the anger and do it effectively.

I find that going to the range every weekend or so helps ease the *extreme displeasure*
This weekend is Honey Do #15...chainsaw time.
