Odds are the other students couldn’t have been protected if they ratted the kid out. They would likely have found this out after the previous five arrests for assualt on a school employee.

Look at the video just below the weather video. Beneath that one is a followup video of the parents blaming the driver and claiming the kid was ‘provoked’ into this behavior (despite the fact that he has a rap sheet of assault and batteries going back to 2005!)

Probably not.

IMO, a lot of these types of behaviors aren't biological. Feral lack of control comes from a permissive atmosphere and lack of proper discipline.
