IBD readers don't need to be told there's a little more to the stock market than President Obama led on Tuesday. But if no one else is going to correct the record, we'll give it a shot.

This really is a concerted effort by "the intelligensia" to destroy capital and any means of creating capital.

That is terrible. The man is our President.
He should at least have his shirt off.

Look for the White House to find out the name of “IBD Editorial Guy” and to have Gibbs start attacking him personally...

Maybe I have given him too much credit. I thought he was destroying our country on purpose. He doesn't know P:E ratios are price to earnings. The man is an idiot who was put into office with Soros money. Wasn't there a movie about a gardner who became president? Are we really that far down, that the president of the US actually is an idiot? I mean I know the lefties thought Bush was an idiot but I am pretty sure he knew what P to E ratios were.

I disagree. These really are the lowest profit/earnings ratios ever seen in any of the 57 states.
