WASHINGTON (AP) - Census figures being released Thursday point to a major ethnic shift in America's school kids.
About one-fourth of all kindergartners are now Hispanic. And by the year 2023, minority youngsters will constitute the majority.

The change has been most noticeable in the West. Arizona, California and Nevada are among states whose Hispanic populations are booming because of immigration and higher birth rates. More than a-third of youngsters in the region, all the way from kindergarten through high school, are Hispanic
Nationwide, Hispanics, blacks, Asian-Americans and other minorities account for 4 of every 10 students at the pre-college level. That’s double the percentage from just 30 years ago.
And considering the overall U.S. population, the census figures project today’s minorities will be the majority by 2042.
All applaud the destruction of us. Our country, our culture, our heritage, our way of life and our race.

According to the US Census Bureau, Hispanic population in 1970 was 4.7% of the US population, and projected to become 15.5% in 2010. And 24.4% in 2050.
The Hispanic population of Los Angeles County, California, numbering 4.7 million, is the largest of any county in the nation: 47%.
What would the numbers be it all the illegals were gone?

Texas has become the fourth state to have a non-white majority population, the U.S. Census Bureau (search) said Thursday, a trend driven by a surging number of Hispanics moving to the state.

With a 90% hispanic population, El Paso, TX high school graduates get perks no other students in the state get at UT. They are given automatic entrance into higher degree programs whereas other students must apply and have high enough scores to be accepted.
