I can’t tell you how disappointed I am in these two before thought by me to be very fine men. Now perhaps you can see what being Republican is like here in Kansas. Not very conservative. Sebelius was elected because the R candidate was deemed too “conservative”
Arizona follows the same pathetic script. Napolitano became governor in a "conservative" state the very same way. Many libertarians, moderates, and socially liberal Republicans thought the social conservative (Matt Salmon then Len Munsil) running against Napolitano was "too conservative."
It's baffling.
