I had a long time Freeper tell me a few days ago that ANYTHING the feral government does is Constitutional as long as they can get it past the SCOTUS, assuming it's ever challenged. Technically true? Certainly opens the door to political chicanery, no? Which was tried at least once before by that stalwart defender of the Constitution, FDR himself when he attempted to "stack" the SCOTUS ;^)
