There are states, AZ is the first I can think of, that have cited the declaration of martial law and suspension of the Constitution as automatic grounds for secession.
As awful as four years of Obama will be, I have faith in a massive revolt in the electorate taking place before a less peaceful revolt is necessary.

Not to put you on the spot, but...is that in the AZ state code somewhere? Any chance you could provide a link?
I think a series of these should go through all state legislatures asap.
