Not sure a license would have helped in these conditions. I’ve taken the Coast Guard class and I didn’t need it to tell me to stay off the water this last weekend.

Right but if people had to take a written test they might know enough to use the motor to break the anchors hold by driving slowly over it instead of tugging on it by hand in the wrong direction.
