“War Is Peace.” “Freedom is Slavery.” “Ignorance is Strength.” These slogans are spoken in Newspeak, the fictional language of George Orwell’s twisted utopia in 1984. By removing meaning from words and increasing state control over speech -- and thought -- Newspeak is designed to manipulate those who hear it.
In California, Newspeak is now spoken fluently by those who seek to advance a political agenda in healthcare by avoiding scrutiny.
Under the guise of “access to primary care,” the Regents of the University of California have been conducting an experiment on women in Concord, Los Angeles and San Diego.
Exploiting a pilot project program enacted in 1973 to address a gerontology workforce shortage, Healthcare Workforce Pilot Project (HWPP) #171 allows women seeking medical care to become subjects of social research.
The purpose of this experiment? “Demonstrate the role of advanced practice clinicians in expanding early pregnancy care.” That’s Orwellian for “training non-physicians to perform first trimester abortions.”
In the pilot project, approved in 2006 without legislative oversight, Planned Parenthood sites in three California cities suspended state regulations to use Nurse Midwives, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to perform surgical abortions by suction aspiration.
The performance of this procedure by these personnel is prohibited by the Business and Professions Code of the state, the Board of Registered Nursing and the Medical Board of California. HWPP #171 avoids this practice ban in their application to the program by asserting that “the access to early abortion services is an important public health goal.”

Words fail me. Perforations are so easy on a gravid uterus.

Apparently not . . . and we have a so-called illegal immigrant PUTUS who believe that live, breathing, human newborns should-and-can be murdered if “mommie” doesn’t want the baby to live. And because of this monster, babies were put into medical waste hampers in Illinois while they were still alive because of this Kenyan-born monster. Something sick is going on, and I don’t see how we can stop it.
Cal Catholic story? What irony. The Catholic Church gave $6 million to ACORN to help elect Obama. Over 50% of Catholics (CINOs) voter for Hussein the baby killer.
These people are the problem not the solution. The Mormons do not support baby killers, muslims or La Raza.
This is sickening beyond words. These people are complete loons that will stop at nothing to murder the innocent. If they let this crap fly, then these individuals should also be able to preform surgery and everything else a doctor can. Anyone who would preform an abortion is either greedy beyond anything I can fathom, or has an extremely sick and twisted set of morals and beliefs.
Soon to be the official language of the USSA.
The clothes hanger is appropriate. I thought the reason for Roe vs Wade was to prevent this kind of stuff. I guess once a liberal gets a foot in the door, strange things happen.

Go ask your local Mormon bishop about the LDS church's position on abortion in cases of rape and incest. (Hint: it's not pro-life)

I think it's been well established that the CCHD, an arm of the US conference of Catholic Bishops, which a lot of Catholics -- LIKE ME -- refuse to support AND HAVE REFUSED TO SUPPORT FOR YEARS, gave money to ACORN. That giving was stopped when higher-ups became aware that ACORN was committing massive vote fraud in order to elect anti-life candidates.
The CCHD is not "the Catholic Church," but it is an ostensibly Catholic organization that has been out of control for a long time. As I said, many conservative Catholics haven't supported it in years. (Your apology is accepted.)
