This could be an opportunity to give the Raptors a little test run.

For now I’d call BS. Don’t buy it, unless from another source other that Muslim.net reported through Al-Jazeera.

Matter of factly, AFAIK Khor al-Amaya is still under Coalition control... it will be handed over to the Iraqis by end of the year.

IF true why hasn't the military fought back or reported this once they saw it coming?

Again, the source for the above story is the arabic internet platform muslm.net

This could be the comment Biden made during the election when he said a decision would be made that would be unpopular. If this is on the up and up, 0bambi is not ready for this as this is the real thing. He will acquiesce to Iran citing this as a step to rectify the wrongs we have done. This could be series and hugh....

Sounds like BS, or a message. Cindy?.

There are two messages in the url.

Iranian troops occupied the island in a surprise attack or lead to the east of the Iraqi city of Basra, southern Iraq. Media sources said that the occupation of the island is already shot, and saw fierce fighting during its war with Iran over the past 80_ 1988 to coincide with the upcoming visit of the President of Iran's Expediency Council Hashemi Rafsanjani. There was no reaction so far by the government of al-Sistani, which has strong ties to the Iranian regime, according to the information media that Iran is the direction of the occupation of the Iraqi port of Khor al-Amaya also

I once “consulted” on the plan to take this terminal back from the bad guys because I was familiar with the equipment. Not going to be a pretty thing. Heavy casualties for our guys.

Sounds like propaganda by either Sunni Arabs or maybe Ahwazi Arab separatists in Iran.

"Al-Sistani government" as a description for Iraq is a red flag for the veracity. As I said above, Khor al-Amaya isn't under Iraqi control yet. Our military would have seen an attack from Iran coming and prevented.

Wouldn’t it be easy to wipe out the Iranian port facilities along the Gulf?

Very easy except that oil would skyrocket back to as high a $200/pb which is stupid but in the current environment panic is the watch word.
