White House is trying to delegitimize their opposition and interfere with the message. Meanwhile many Americans wonder WTF is the White House engaged in these games with the country in such a precarious spot.
What message? Is there a concerted conservative message? No.

The RNC is worried about losing the middle. McCain was their middle candidate and did middling.
The WH & DNC are playing for keeps. They are working to sever the bond between RINOs and the rest of the party. Without a well formulated and thought out message they’ll win.
Census, representation for DC, ACORN funding, etc. they are already working on 2010. The media lies for Obama and will keep doing it.
Unless we spread the word in a way others can understand we’re just preaching to the choir.
Our country is getting royally Obama’d. The fix will come when the mushy middle moves right. How do you reach that middle?
Let the pain caused by Obama’s policies be a wake up call, but if the media blame Bush, the free market, greed, etc. it just plays into Obama’s hands. There are too many FReepers playing that game already. Where are our basic values?
This is maximum information warfare. There is a lot of empty space, the fear Obama has created works both ways. Who is using it? What is our response to their psyops? Tea parties?
We need a Petraeus to focus all our energy on victory and ignore the noise, stay on signal and target and win. Where is a Gingrich when you need him?
Thus far no one has stepped up- Steele is a wet noodle, Sanford seems distracted, DeMint is a Senator (you need an executive), Palin’s been marginalized and needs to rehab her rep.
