I watched this guy's parents on the Tampa news last night. They tried to sound hopeful but you could tell they weren't optimistic. The father said something like "a 21' boat and 14' swells. It doesn't look good."

I went outside last night with pants and a jacket on and couldn't believe how cold it was. How this guy survived overnight in that wind, given the temperature of the air and water, is truly astounding. His parents must be overwhelmed.

I heard his Mom say that the told her he held on because he didn’t want her to have to go to his funeral. Now that’s one good son! My prayers for the other families, and for the boaters if they are still alive out there.
