Tune in March 2:
Former Tennessee senator and presidential candidate Fred Thompson will launch his nationwide radio talk show on March 2, opening with 125 stations, according to the Westwood One syndicate.
The show will air from noon-2 p.m. Monday through Friday opposite Rush Limbaugh, though some stations may delay the broadcast to later in the day. The only Tennessee station signed up thus far is WWTN 99.7 FM in Nashville.
Thompson gave up his role as the district attorney on televisions Law & Order in order to run for president.

It is hard for me to feel happy about Fred. I feel let down.
All the same, I wish him well.

“Good afternoon. This is Fred Thompson, and welcome to my new show. How badly do I want to be your favorite radio host? Well, on a scale of 1 to 10, I’m about a 6.”

Dennis Prager is in Rush’s time slot here on the west coast, but I still prefer Rush.

For those who may want to tune in just to hear Thompson is on the Westwood One Radio Network. Their station finder is no help as it doesn't list his show yet. Most likely check your local former Bill O’Reilly station.

If his radio show is anything like his campaign... Fred's low-energy style is much better suited to television than to radio (or presidential campaigns). He might make a good late night TV talk show host.

I never listen to or watch O’reilly. What happened to his radio show?
To: katykelly
he ended it. Fred is now on same bat-time, same bat-channel!

I think his problem was that in order to win the primary, he had to fight other republicans and he was more interested in going after liberals, like Moore, Hillary and Obama.
