The $900 million isn't going to Israel. It's going to "rebuilding Gaza," AKA Hamas. There may or may not be "strings attached," but the conditions will not be followed, and there will be no repercussions. At least, not to Hamas.
Just wondering, though I don't want any more money going to the middle east, how much has the US and the rest of the world pledged to rebuild the buildings and heal the injured in Ashkelon and Sderot? Are those crickets I hear chirping?

Yeah, which is why Israel will be FORCED to sign that 7 year contract for peace. Oboma will "promise" to protect them militarily after Hammas is rearmed, but ONLY if they sign that contract and make Oboma a hero.
Oboma, of course, will not be truthful. His goal is to see Israel removed as a nation. That will come later, after the world marvels over him and gives him all power. Then, he'll join his Muslim brothers and destroy Israel in the name of Allah.
