FDR’s policies included huge government spending projects, higher taxes, and war on business. Obama’s policies are the same, and will have the same result: The economy will get worse and the recession/depression will last several years. Unemployment will be 12% before the end of 2009, and will likely go to 15% or more eventually. Business owners, investors and the affluent are already adjusting their plans, since they know higher taxes are on the way -— not only higher personal income taxes, but new CO2 emission taxes (cap and trade) which will cause manufacturing to shut down or substantially reduce operations in the United States.
Whadda ya mean we don’t have the money? Hussein says there are tons of those evil, greedy rich taxpayers out there. And besides, think of the printing presses at the mint. They can go 24/7, can’t they!
This is the precursor to the BAILOUT AFRICA!!! Gut the US so that the sewer of the planet, Africa, gets trillions of dollars ... to squander and commit genocide, murder, race, discrimination.
