or attempted to arrest for speaking out against Islam.

So far Wilders has done nothing wrong. He challenges authority on behalf of the rights of his countrymen; he opposes changing the prevailing culture by bringing in an authoritarian foreign way of life; and he made a movie.

There are persons in authority in Nederland who do not now nor did they ever like such behavior. That's one of the reasons about 99% of all the people who've ever had a Dutch ancestor LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!

He made a film (FITNA) about Islam that resulted in threats to his life, banning him from the UK, and criminal charges of hate speech in his native Netherlands. In other words he is a brave man.
