I remember every day at 12 noon at the old KGA (used to be a 50,00 watt AM flamethrower) in Spokane, WA...they would play the station ID, then the National Anthem, and the next sound you heard was...”Hello Americans, this is Paul Harvey...Stand by for NEWS!”
I will miss him terribly. He was certainly one of the best in the business.
True, but Rush has elevated broadcasting to an art form that will never be surpassed. At least not in a few hundred years.
